Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Sahraye account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Send a request to the address below from the email on your account, and include the phone number you registered with so we can verify it's you:

We verify every request before deleting, to protect your account from someone else requesting deletion on your behalf.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, phone, email, photo) and login credentials.
  • Saved addresses, in-app messages, ratings you posted, and profile/verification photos.
  • Your uploaded documents (e.g. CNIC/licence images) for driver/courier accounts.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited record of completed transactions (orders, trips, bookings) in de-identified or legally required form to meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. These records are not used to identify you after deletion.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once complete.
